Returns Policy

DELIVERY
  • US free shipping on orders of $50+.
  • We ship to all locations within the United States and Internationally.
  • Orders placed AFTER 1 P.M. Hawaii Time Monday-Friday and on weekends will be processed on the following business day (business day refers to Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays)
  • International orders may take up to 30 days or longer for delivery.
    After leaving the packages from the United States, all depends on the
    country of origin, customs, and processing delays may apply, and it may
    take up to 2 weeks after they receive the package to deliver. In some
    instances, we have found that their local post office has held up to
    three weeks. Please check with your local post office or courier for more information.
  • Delivery timeframes for orders placed to APO/FPO, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may vary based on location.
RETURNS

If you like to return the product, you can return it within 30 days. A restocking fee of 15% applies for returns, not for exchanges This excludes bodysuits, swimwear, and clearance sale items. We have an easy and hassle-free return policy. Please check our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Our refund and returns policy are for 30 days.If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied less the 15% restocking fee to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or exchange for a different size.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

To return your product, click the Request a Return button to start a U.S. Domestic return or exchange by accessing your account. A flat handling fee of $10 to cover the shipping cost. Allow 24 hours for an email with a shipping label.
** Due to Federal regulations, we are unable to create return labels for Military addresses (APO, DPO, FPO, etc.).It can be returned or exchanged via the USA Post Office.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When returning, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
